Welcome to Broken Arrow Family Practice Center. We are a private family practice center featuring Dr. Douglas Holte, M.D., a Board Certified Family Practice physician. Dr. Holte cares for the entire family from delivering babies to caring for nursing home patients. Dr. Holte performs in office minor surgery including vasectomy, excision of skin lesions and mole removal.
