The initial consultation fee up to $261.00 and may be covered by your insurance company. If you are insured, the office will send a claim to your insurance company. A thorough orthopedic medical examination takes 1 ½ to 2 hours. If a sacral adjustment is needed, the charge is $35.00
After treatment, you will be seen at 3-6 week intervals to assess your progress. These follow-up visits are not included in the treatment charge, but are covered by most insurance companies as well as by Medicare.
Following treatment, we advise a nutritional supplement program to improve ligament healing. We advise continuing this program for 2-3 months. You will then be re-examined to determine if a "touch-up" is necessary. If a touch-up is necessary, an additional charge will be assessed, depending on the extent of the treatment. In our experience, 88% of patients get good or excellent results with one or two treatments!
Medicare does not cover Prolotherapy. TMJ treatment is not covered by most insurance companies. We do not have a payment plan for those who are unable to pay the fees in full at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.
There will be a $75 charge for missed treatment appointments. We must have 48 hours notice to avoid this fee. NOTE: Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointment charges.
